We chose to work in the environmental chain of custody PEFC (Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) to ensure that the material we use in our packaging comes from sustainably managed forests.

All raw materials and all products have the PEFC mark.

These rules are a fundamental part of PEFC:

• To maintain habitats for people and wildlife
• To maintain the security function that forests have towards water, soil and climate
• To maintain and enhance the biodiversity of forests
• To check the origin of the raw materials
• To trim the plants respecting the natural rhythm of growth
• To provide for renewal and replanting of forests
• To protect workers’ rights and welfare
• To promote short supply chains
• To respect indigenous peoples and forest owners’ rights.
